Suggested Route:
Bhubaneswar → Phulbani → Daringbari
The journey begins with comfortable highways before becoming increasingly hilly as you approach Daringbari.
The final stretch is scenic but winding, so pets who are sensitive to mountain roads may need extra care.
Our suggestion:
Take a comfortable break around Phulbani for refreshments, water and a proper walking break before continuing towards Daringbari.
• Daringbari is especially suited to pets who enjoy quiet surroundings, nature and outdoor exploration.
• The hill roads become winding towards Daringbari, so take the final stretch slowly.
• Pine forests and nature trails can have uneven, rocky or slippery sections, particularly after rain.
• Keep your pet leashed around forests, viewpoints, roads and unfamiliar areas.
• Avoid allowing your pet to wander freely through dense forest or plantation areas.
• Carry sufficient drinking water during outdoor walks and excursions.
• The temperature can drop considerably during winter, particularly in the mornings and evenings. Carry a warm layer or blanket for your pet if required.
• During the monsoon, trails may become muddy and slippery, so choose walking routes accordingly.
• Start longer walks during the morning or late afternoon for a more comfortable experience.
• Wildlife and insects may be present around forested areas. Keep your pet close and avoid interactions with wildlife.
• Plan regular breaks during the drive for water, toilet and movement.
• Carry your pet's regular food, water bowl, leash, waste bags, bedding, towel, basic first-aid supplies and any regular medication.
