All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to bookings@paperboatholidays.in

| 15–29 days prior to travel | 50% of total booking amount |
| 7–14 days prior to travel | 75% of total booking amount |
| Less than 7 days / No Show | 100% (No refund) |

In rare cases, PAPERBOAT HOLIDAYS LLP may need to cancel or modify a booking due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, PAPERBOAT HOLIDAYS LLP will offer:
No Additional Compensation: No additional compensation or damages shall be payable for company-initiated cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control.
